Part-Time Work and Self-Employment

Employees may end up working less than full time; 8% of those in the career did so in 2008. 3% of the time elementary and secondary education administrators are self employed.

Training and Education

Finding jobs is easier for workers with a bachelor's or higher degree, plus work experience. Recent government surveys (2008) show that 78% of employees have received at least a 4 year degree. Elementary and secondary education administrators who attended college, but do not have a degree make up 15% of the total. A high school diploma was all the education obtained by 6% of workers.
