and registration is not required until you want to use their online
application process. Registration just takes an email address,

This site is operated by Jobing.com, an operator
of several local US job boards. Each is run in partnership with a
local media organization, and unlike some "local" sites run by a
single entity, they truly keep the boards local.

...a job placement service that matches companies and job seekers age 50 and above in the
Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, D.C. SER works to match jobs to those job
seekers who are registered with SER (information on registering is available online). As
a registered applicant, you can scan current listings and request your resume be
considered. Registered job applicants are also offered counseling, computer training,
resume editing, access to computers and FAX services, access to a data base of available
jobs, volunteer opportunities and networking opportunities.
